Policy & Procedure

Full Line Requirement

To become an official Sydlynn A’Grife stockist, retailers are required to purchase the entire current line (one of each available style). This ensures brand consistency and a complete collection presence in-store.

Reorders & One-Offs

After the initial buy-in, retailers may reorder any quantity of any style at wholesale pricing.

  • Preorders: Minimum of $400 per order (50% deposit required).
  • One-Offs: Individual bags may be purchased only if currently in stock.
  • Retailers may reorder in the quantity of any style desired.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is structured for a 54% retailer margin. Retail prices are fixed by the brand to maintain consistency across all stockists.

Exclusivity

Brick-and-mortar retailers are granted zip code exclusivity upon purchasing the full line, ensuring that no other boutique within their zip code may carry SYDLYNN: A GRIFE LLC. Exclusivity is maintained with active reorders and compliance with brand policies.

Online retailers are not granted exclusivity. The brand reserves the right to sell directly through its own website and collaborate with multiple digital platforms.

Payment & Shipping

  • Preorders require a 50% deposit at time of order. The remaining 50% balance is due before bags ship out from our U.S. facility.
  • If the second payment is not received within 30 days of the bags’ arrival in the U.S., the retailer forfeits their deposit and no refund will be issued.
  • All in-stock and one-off purchases must be paid in full at time of order.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

Lead Times

All bags are handcrafted. Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation and payment, unless otherwise stated. Retailers will be notified of any changes to production or shipping timelines.

Returns & Damages

Returns are not accepted except for items damaged in transit. Damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with supporting photos. Replacement or credit will be issued at the brand’s discretion.
